Inandan

Inandan is a geometric typeface by @uncuratedstudio that is based on the beadwork and weaving patterns apparent on garments and accessories from different ethnic groups in the Philippines that are geographically situated in Mindanao.

Each character follows a grid system consisting of a row of 10 rectangles stacked alternately in 13 columns to mimic the observation that a thread must hold a bead alternately to be able to create a tightly knit accessory or garment with multiple lines of beadwork.
